IF THERE IS NO POINT OF RECEPTION OR SELF-PICK-UP - THEN YOUR COURIERS SHOULD PICK UP THE DEFECTIVE EQUIPMENT THEM! The policy of the store is most likely designed for this, that not every buyer will agree to take defective goods to them in Lobnya and will not spend their money on delivering a defective product to their warehouse !
