There are LOTS of customizations that go into this quality backpack be able. Rated 3 stars because there are NO INSTRUCTIONS on how to do these settings. Also, the zipper for the adjustable weightless panel doesn't have a zip, so I can't zip it back up. The side pockets on the hip belt chafe on the elbows when swinging your arms, which is unavoidable on a hike. The same bags cannot be closed when the backpack is on, as it requires two hands to do so, defeating their purpose. Plus it's well made and easy to set up after watching a few YouTube videos to see how to do it.
