No these are not for the shop they are not textured 6 or 8 mil These are thin disposable gloves that I wear when traveling during the CV19 pandemic. Expecting this thin glove to withstand several hours of rough use is simply unrealistic. I added a few boxes to my stash so my heavy work gloves don't run out too quickly. They can certainly be used for safe medical contact, preparing light meals, handicrafts and painting. But don't think you can change the oil or the rack in your care - you can't. I haven't had a single drop out while shopping, even on long drives, so they work exactly where they're supposed to. They don't stick together and are easy to remove from the box. I carry two spares and a mask in my shirt pocket, not a big bulge. If you are realistic in your expectations, they will not disappoint you.
