Ideal for sensitive ears and 24/7 wear time.

Doesn't hurt my sensitive ears! I have five ear piercings, two lobe piercings on each side and a helix (upper cartilage). My helix was giving me insane problems and my upper lobe piercings reacted negatively to even having anything in them. This set of piercings doesn't bother any of them at all. I keep them 24/7 with no problems. Overall a fantastic purchase and I will likely be buying more. I couldn't ask for anything better!
