First I got a helix pierced with a small surgical steel hoop earring. The jewelry form proved so unfortunate for me that it left hypertrophied scars and swelling on my ears. So I switched to 10mm flat back jewelry and all the swelling/redness was gone in less than an hour! I wish I had found this product sooner.

For years, I just stopped wearing earrings because the companies said they were surgical or stainless steel, and they weren't. That's wonderful! Large selection perfect for my piercing except for my nose piercing (jewelry in my nose from another seller) great price good quality! I didn't count how much I got but paid a very fair price! The only thing I don't care about is the ball centered rings, which I've tried unscrewing, but they actually seem to come apart instead of screwing together like the other parts. Doesn't hurt my sensitive ears! I have five ear piercings, two lobe piercings on each side and a helix (upper cartilage). My helix was giving me insane problems and my upper lobe piercings reacted negatively to even having anything in them. This set of piercings doesn't bother any of them at all. I keep them 24/7 with no problems. Overall a fantastic purchase and I will likely be buying more. I couldn't ask for anything better!

I will say that these tiny balls are very difficult to attach to earrings and usually take an army of friends to get them.
