I like that this product has very few ingredients as I try to avoid long ingredient lists with tons of chemicals. I chose the vanilla flavor for its versatility, although I often use cocoa powder to give it a chocolate flavor. The taste was decent. However, this product mixes HORRIBLE, probably due to its fairly pure ingredients. I suspect other protein powders have various additives to aid in mixing and prevent foaming. When I put this product in a blender with almond milk, banana, and a few other ingredients, it foamed up to three or four times its original volume. Not only is it uncomfortable to drink foam (at least in my opinion), but all the air that got into the drink became trapped inside me, causing extreme discomfort. When I tried mixing the powder by hand it formed sticky clumps. It doesn't take much effort to blend the drink, so the clumps are much smaller and easier to manage, but they don't have the most pleasant texture. I'll definitely use up the rest of this product as the flaws are tolerable and I've already paid for it, but I definitely won't be buying it again.
