Review on Energy Suspension 8 4110R MOUNT BUSHING by Steven Lane

Excellent quality parts with one big caveat: A set of body mounts did NOT fit my 1999 4Runner Limited 2WD. This truck uses five brackets on each side for a total of ten brackets. This kit comes with ten brackets, but two of them are useless. In my case the brackets were wrong in position 2 (just behind the front wheels) so I left the stock brackets in place. The bindings they give you in this set for position #2 are exactly the same style as position #5. However, that style doesn't even remotely match position #2 - not even close. I emailed the company asking if I received the kit with the wrong bits - they never replied :( Guess I'll call next time. So I'm guessing my particular kit just isn't packaged properly. different from everyone else (although I highly doubt it) so be careful and be prepared for what could possibly happen to you, good marks as it was, the instructions that come with the kit are pretty good (You'll have to figure out how to properly jack up your truck yourself if you don't already know.) Parts are quality on the OEM In fact it barely reaches all the threads on the stock bolt A longer bolt could have helped here, but I could the nut still tightening with full thread engagement - bu like i said just a little actually uh that's not a problem if it wasn't for full thread engagement i would be concerned everything should e be ok, just one more thing to keep in mind. The rest of the kit (except for item #2 above) installed exactly as intended and made a pretty big difference to the overall ride quality. Despite the issues mentioned, I still recommend this kit. Eight out of ten new body mounts will still represent a huge positive improvement.
