Received this heat press very quickly. Taking it out of the box it is very durable and well built. The clamping mechanism is smooth and strong. Plugged it in and fiddled with the controls a bit as they were different from my old one with the control box on the side and the instructions were unclear. The lighting ring shows the heating status, and the way it counts down the time is different and neat. Even though I set the temp to the hottest it worked (392F) and left the car for 15 minutes after it "reached" the temp, it never went above 325F. This was verified with a digital thermometer held under the plate for five minutes. and with an infrared thermometer. So this heat press will probably work for those planning to do something like HTV on shirts only, but isn't a good choice for sublimation which requires 400F. reflect the performance of these things.
