I've been using this product consistently for about 4 years. They wear out after a month or two and I have to replace them. A few days ago I received this product in a very poorly prepared mail configuration - none. They put a label on the OEM box and just shipped it. It was also crushed on the way (see photo). This is a product that will be in my mouth - there was no protection for the inside of the box. As a consumer and as a doctor, I find this unacceptable. *By the way, when preparing this item and placing it in the mouth in the mold, the trick to getting a good fit is to put your tongue in the lingual (oral) side of the mold. a shape that helps the still viscous material conform better to the shape of your teeth. In addition, reasonable pressure on the sides of the cheeks and on the lips will help to squeeze it tightly so that it does not fall out at night.
