It's very easy to use and has some nice features like the ability to export reports into Excel or PDF format. It also helps you keep track of your leads and communication with them. The interface can be a bit confusing, it took me a while to figure out how to navigate through all the different screens. But once I did, it was pretty simple to use. As far as lead management goes, it does help organize things a bit. It's not perfect, but it's better than nothing. We are solving our issue of keeping track of our leads and communicating with them.
