Perfect replacement for the barometric pressure sensor in my 1990 Ford Ranger 4.0L V6. My check engine light started coming on a few months ago and has been getting worse, especially in warm weather. The only OBD-1 code I got was 22, which means "MAP sensor / barometric pressure sensor out of range". I replaced the baro sensor with this one; The engine light is no longer illuminated and code 22 is gone. This sensor is priced about $20 less than what you would pay at an auto parts store. You need a 7/32" wrench to get the old one out of a car like mine. It's a pretty easy DIY that's definitely better than throwing a bunch of money at a repair shop. I'm no mechanic, but I was able to do this in under an hour with minimal profanity.
