This bed has very little padding, when my dog sits down (he weighs about 80lbs) everything shifts to the side and he remains seated on a thin sheet of fabric given the cost, which I don't expect to add my own filling to make it work! Also, the bed is sold as waterproof, but that only applies to the bottom sheet (which is brown and not the same color as the rest of the bed), so you can't leave it out if you do and it's raining on the bed. absorbs water, but the waterproof bottom film stops it from seeping out, leaving you with a huge water bag.
