Looked for a while.
And finally decided on the Brenthaven Expandable Trek. I love the build of it as it seems very rugged and well built. I think it will hold up to much abuse from me. Lots of pockets on this thing. I have an Asus U56E laptop and it just fits in the laptop pocket. It is a 15.6 size and this backpack said it will take up to that size. I do have to pull the zipper area up and over it to get it closed but it is secure and won't move around while in transit. I will update this review if the wear is not up to par with the Targus I had before.

- The backpack may not be suitable for individuals with sensory processing disorders due to its close-fitting design
