Mine is leaking too! in gauge sets
From others' experience, I have a lot of leakage from the adjustment cap area. Screwing it all the way in eliminates the leak, but then you're left with no air regulator. This POS only cost me $20 so I decided to take it apart and see if I could find the problem instead of returning it. When I took off the adjustment cap and unscrewed the cover, I noticed corrosion on the diaphragm. Removal of the diaphragm revealed additional corrosion inside the case. Maybe one of those desiccant packs will help with storage. Anyway, I cleaned and reassembled it and it was still leaking, but that's about all I wanted to do for troubleshooting. I ordered a different controller (pneumatic plus saw 3000).
