I used a small lightbox with a Nikon SB600 camera and was surprised at how effectively it diffuses the flash light (I also set the flash to its widest angle and used the built-in diffuser, a wide-angle plastic plate, mounted on the body ). However, getting the lightbox to stay in a straight position on the Nikon unit was not easy and I ended up adding velcro to the top of the box and the top of the flash. After that, it was easy to install and hold the box in place. The box didn't block the infrared sensor on the flash, so TTL worked fine. Excellent value for money and quality.
