this phone is great. For the price it looks really high quality and feels great in the hand. However, I've had so many problems with this phone that I can't in good conscience recommend it. The battery overheats the first day of using the included charger and keeps overheating.2. I could not receive or read group texts or texts with pictures. I got this spinning circle icon telling me to load but when I touched the icon nothing happened and it kept spinning. When I called Reliant for help, they blamed my SIM card (which was new) and/or my T-Mobile provider. (I put the same SIM card in a new phone I had to buy because that phone broke and the SIM card and phone work fine. I've had T-Mobile for 15 years with no problems.) 3. I have also receive texts with a spinning download icon where the senders said it was not group text and not an image.4. It was difficult for me to navigate the phone. I always had typos. I just felt uncomfortable using the LG.5 system. I have ordered a replacement phone but have been getting emails every few days (at least 3 times) that my replacement phone is being delayed with a new delivery date. After about a week and a half I stopped receiving messages about the delivery delay but there was still no phone. I inquired about the delivery status of my replacement phone only to find out that Revain canceled the replacement phone. I have never received a cancellation notice from Revain. I was not allowed to order a new cell phone and could only return it. The good thing is that this all happened within a 30 day window. My return was approved and I received a full refund. I feel like I should get some extra comfort for all the aggravations I've been experiencing.
