First, too high a cost2. I hate a front door that won't open and won't open (I knew that when I bought it). Every time my cat goes to the toilet, the door ALWAYS bangs with my cat's tail and my cats hate it so I have to remove the door for their convenience and so they are not afraid to use the toilet. The 3rd bottom drawer is too shallow, when you put in the usual amount of sand it just spills out sideways, especially from the back of the litter. You just have to slide the bottom exit! You will find tons of rubbish spilled at the very end of the pull out tray and this is very annoying. I end up cleaning more than I should. I didn't take any photos to show you guys because I was really upset and busy cleaning. Much luck.
