Loved the look of the chair and it was very easy to put together by myself! I thought the back would come up a bit higher, it barely hits the middle of my neck (I'm 5'7). The arm rests have a nice cushion but were also too low to be comfortable at my desk but I expected that would be a bit of a gamble anyways being they aren't adjustable. While leaning back one of the screws popped out and a chunk broke off from it (I got it screwed back in but its stripped, worried will happen again). The chair was cheap enough that I didn't want to bother putting it back in the box to return it, I gave it to a smaller family member.****UPDATE**** Added one more star for the wonderful customer service, I was contacted by the seller a few days after making this review. They offered to replace the chair or refund, I opted for the latter.
