The support team are very responsive when it comes time for questions with our account manager who was helpful as well! We were able to set up the software quickly (in just over an hour) which helped us immensely given we had no previous experience of using this product before now.
I would say there's not much you can dislike about crowdVOCATE - they're extremely easy going people so if anything goes wrong then let them know straight away instead waiting until next day because things will be forgotten otherwise!! It really has changed how campaigns work at my job. Before taking advantage of all available features like email tracking etc I used have emails being sent out manually by myself every few days but even those took ages sometimes due to having too many contacts. Now everything happens automatically from one central place thanks to crowdsourcing via this system where each individual member gets notified once someone replies positively to his message.
