Great platform, well done team: Crowdvocate

I like how easy it was for me as an individual user of crowdVOCATE (CV) -to be able see my profile information such as job title etc., so i could easily share with other CV users what they needed from them! Also liked being notified by email when someone had shared something about myself which meant more people were aware who might want help if looking at jobs online via webinars / presentations through CV's website? Not really anything but thought this would benefit others using CVP too!! So…

Pros
  • Easy way you can keep track your own progress
  • Great idea that everyone is sharing their experiences in order find employment, or just helping out those less fortunate than themselves.
  • Very good platform where employers may also use free services available
  • Able access many different countries across Europe & UK including Isle Of Man.etc..all within one place without having multiple logins required per country/region each time

Excellent tool for hassle free campaign success!!

The support team are very responsive when it comes time for questions with our account manager who was helpful as well! We were able to set up the software quickly (in just over an hour) which helped us immensely given we had no previous experience of using this product before now. I would say there's not much you can dislike about crowdVOCATE - they're extremely easy going people so if anything goes wrong then let them know straight away instead waiting until next day because things will be…

  • Great customer service is provided in case something doesn't go right immediately after signup & implementation.
  • Lots more options than what your average autoresponder gives..great way around that limitation :)

Great product - we're using several different products so can't say much about your competitors

We have been able to get results out of our customer communications, which drives customer satisfaction. We have been able to get the information to our customer service rep, which is very important to us. It is expensive to our company. We have been able to use the service, it is the price that is the problem. It is a lot of information to process.   • Easy way to share links via email or text message; abilityto post in groups insteadof single user accounts if preferred we do so sometimes when posting announcements about new releases/promotions etc..I really love using their app! That gives me an advantage because my colleagues don't always want to download apps justfor one function.but
