We ordered this lamp for our Epson projector. Plugged in and it's wrong. We have a 180-day warranty period, but the seller is not responsible. Your help chat window directs us to Revain customer service which is down as Revain is only for periodic returns and not warranties. When I call the seller it's a Magic Jack number, not a real phone number, no answer and I had to leave a message. Additionally, Epson said this lamp should cost $59, not $89. I do not recommend this seller and their products. Just go straight to Epson.
