I bought a product and after setting it up it worked for several days, then the mouse stopped working and then the keyboard. I had to reinstall Windows to get the system working again. It was working fine until I got into the office a week ago and found the computer was off. The rest was in the office. I've tried turning it on, unplugging it and plugging it back in, but it still won't turn on. I'm going to college at the weekend to sort things out. I have previously purchased refurbished items and have NEVER had a problem. I am extremely disappointed.
