I love this product. It's not thick & bulky like other products and is comfortable. Also, the texture is very smooth and feels great against my skin. My clothes fit very well over it and it covers my whole torso area perfectly.Its helps me to keep a good posture while sitting, standing and walking. My back is fully supported and I haven't had sciatica nerve pain. have noticed that it lifts my chest area which is nice and makes my clothes fit better. Another thing it that after a heavy workout the product was not drenched with sweat. I swear heavy so this was a bonus. I foresee this product being highly durable.Cons: fFastening the 3 bra strap like hooks prior to zipping the waist trainer can be hard to fasten.Have had the top/bottom zipper pinche me depending upon what I'm doing.
