Review on πŸ”ͺ 7-Inch Victorinox Swiss Army Cutlery Fibrox Pro Santoku Knife with Granton Edge by Karina Rodriguez

Revainrating 4 out of 5

This is not a Fibrox knife but I kept it anyway

This is a classic Granton knife, not a Fibrox. I thought the photo was wrong but in fact the products are also swapped between this and the classic listing. Pretty boring. Also the lame thing is that Victorinox is not doing anything about it. Now to the knife. It's very light, which makes it look cheap. The scallops don't reach the tip of the blade so the food will still stick, albeit less. But it is very sharp and cuts very thin. Why did I keep it? I have had an 8 inch Victorinox chef's knife for many years and love it. I was looking for a shorter santoku knife and this one fits the bill perfectly. From my research, this knife is acceptable in terms of price, brand, and design.
