The glass bed is a game changer!

I've been printing for about a year I've used several different surfaces starting from the standard printing surface which has been upgraded to a magnetic printing surface and I thought I was making a good boy I was wrong grid glass printing platform changed the game complete. I was skeptical at first because I talked a lot about the need for glue and other adhesives which I really didn't want to bother with, but I really wanted a flat surface for one of my projects so I settled on this glass surface to print after multiple failures. I did a little research and found tips online from other users saying to leave the surface at temperature for about 15-20 minutes. This was because the glass was denser and took longer to reach the desired temperature. I also saw talks about using bare glass so I decided to give it a try. Once I did that I had perfect layer adhesion and a mirror finish on my parts. I was shocked. I quickly started reprinting parts that I previously found acceptable just to achieve a high gloss finish and perfect adhesion. I will order a second surface to use on my other printer as soon as possible. The only mistake I had was when I decided to keep the magnet from my previous magnetic bed attached to my bed surface in case I wanted to use it again. I found the clips that came with them to be too small, but that wasn't a huge issue as I grab a few from my home office and use these instead. I highly recommend this glass surface to anyone who wants good adhesion and flat surfaces on their prince. Be sure to let it warm up for 15-20 minutes before you start printing and you should get great results.
