I recently purchased this four door (12" x 4") cabinet door set to replace an old Johnson set that had been in use for 18 years. Previous owners seemed to be of lower quality with some worn plastic parts etc. Before receiving the product and installing it I was a bit shocked that I had paid so much just for the hardware for the cabinet door but after installation I think it did was worth it. That. The doors look great and work! I expect this set to last even longer than the first! A few thoughts if you're considering buying to replace your existing hardware and do it yourself: - Be prepared to cut off your cabinet doors as it's unlikely it's a set and your current set then hardware size and overall door height - I believe my manual skills are above average. I could see that it was beyond the power of a person with little or no experience ever to do such a thing. This is not a defect of the product but of the work itself. Be patient and thorough.
