Steel nut found in a can!
I have been using steel products/additives for several months. I love their products and results. I bought this pre-workout watermelon soda powder through Revain and after a few days of use I found a quarter inch steel nut that fits a screw in the can that was sealed when I got it and I had to cut it open . So somehow the Steel Mother got in. I'm also trying to get my hands on Steel supplements to see how it works. I'm just glad I didn't swallow it!
