Review on 🎨 Mapei Grout Refresh Colorant and Sealer, Biscuit - 8oz: Grout Paint and Sealant Guide by Mike Roe

My black grout was only black when wet, not a lot of scrapers removed the white film (well water) I downloaded the manual and read the reviews and was able to finish my bathroom quickly and easily complete . I used a toothbrush with trimmed outer bristles to apply the sealer and a small brush to get under the woodwork. Then immediately use a damp cloth and fingernail to scrape the excess off the tile. Couldn't be happier with the results! With large tile and grout indentations, it was dry enough to walk on in a couple of hours. In the kitchen, I decided to paint the grout first, let it dry for 30 minutes, and then clean the tile. so that the room is not unusable until then. The downside was a mess, sticky grout peeling off the tile and ending up in crumbs all over the floor. My seal has also peeled off in a few places. However, the project turned out to be much easier than I expected. One bottle was enough for the bathroom, kitchen, hallway, 2 pantries and laundry. It takes 20 days to fully cure, so be careful with water on the floor. However, it is not fragile, a week has passed and I had no problems with the dog walking on it.
