Seems to work quite well. Instructions and tools have made cleaning most inkwells a lot easier. (However, I have already damaged the printhead by not using this cleaning kit. Will use this kit in the future if my new printhead ever clogs again). So try this cleaning kit first because the hose and syringes are helpful in the cleaning process and you have plenty of cleaning liquid to get the job done. Update 7/10/19: Finally operational. Works as described. It took about 2-3 times to clean (to test and then get a feel for using it). I like it. In addition, I was pleased that the remaining amount of detergent will be useful for many cleanings in the future. Don't try to make your own cleaner, this one works just fine. Save money by not buying a new printhead or printer!
