MAJOR SCREEN ISSUES, see other reviews. The touchpad is like bursting a bubble in the board game Trouble. Extremely unresponsive (you have to press hard to register a click) and inconsistent (clicking in the same place registers a click after a minute and then nothing). The screen is very dark after setting all possible brightnesses to maximum. Very dark next to my 3 year old HP. Simple game with no lags on 3 year old HP, lags on this one. If you don't use Microsoft email, the email interface is the easiest I've seen, you're better off using a browser. The keyboard layout is very awkward; They moved everything to the left and off-center to add a number pad on the right (there are still numbers above the letters. Before buying, center your hands on a regular laptop, then slide them 3 keys to the left and see, what it is looks mid-range but has serious design/usability issues.
