The team at AKK are all incredibly hard working professionals who have an incredible understanding for their client’s needs as well as how to get things done quickly! I would highly recommend them if you need help structuring your deal or transaction - they will work tirelessly until it gets sorted out. Nothing really comes across because we haven't needed anything from this office yet but everything was professional & friendly which made us feel comfortable sending emails off site (which isn't always easy!). They were very helpful during our initial engagement meeting when trying figure some tax issues regarding international sales/transactions.
