The quality is good. There are a few velcro spots and it was a bit confusing putting the jacket on my dog for the first time as I had to figure out where to put the velcro back or (actually it's not that difficult). The jacket has a hole. Rear seat belt D-ring. Depending on the thickness, it can be a bit difficult to get the D-ring through the hole. The part that goes across your dog's chest and abdomen is a little stretchy and has a slightly odd shape that can bother male dogs when urinating. , depending on the dog + fit of the jacket. The inside of the jacket picks up hair better than your favorite brush. :') I ended up getting a size too big for my 35 lb, 25 inch chest dog. I have XXL. I adjusted it as little as possible and it was still dangling from her; She was able to come out while running because I hadn't closed the velcro all the way and was trying to make it small enough for her. Luckily we have another dog – a chunky 50lb blue teak mix – who carries it much better than my girl. All in all a good jacket that serves its purpose. I wish there were more color options ;;;;
