Sometimes the system gets slow and needs more resources. It is a great HR tool which helps in collecting all the applicant information. It also helps in managing the employee performance. The platform also helps in recruiting the right talent at the right time. The features are very easy to use, we have made a lot of changes in our recruitment system without any technical knowledge required, it's very user friendly. Easy integration with other tools like CRM & HRMS for better management. No dislikes at all so far but only suggestions for improvement. We are solving our staffing problems by using Softfactors for recruitment, they have helped us reduce recruitment time by upto 30%.
