Reliable and works well but wish it was a little firmer...

Reliable and works well but wish it was a little firmer... I wish it would hold my head a little stronger, maybe a little tighter It was easier to tighten if needed... But other than that it does the job of keeping the Bluetooth part over my ear... It's a pretty simple thing, either you get it right or you're wrong. You did it right
