The customer service is excellent! They are always willing to help in any way they can. I have been working with them now since 2014. Their team has done some very good work with me. It was never an issue until recently when one of their employees left without notice. This made my life difficult as we were not able to complete our project on time. With this being said, it took almost 3 months before I heard from anyone at eTS again. If you need someone who will be there for you through thick and thin then look no further than eTS. They really do care about each client's satisfaction.
