The purchase is a failure, very dissatisfied.

Pros below:
Naturally, the price, thermal paste included, really cools the processors with TDP 65w
Some cons:
Noisy at low speeds is very nasty, and not like a regular fan, vibration is heard, and not the noise of an air flow like with conventional fans, and this noise is strongly expressed.
