I was very excited to receive this Misby mug warmer. There are 3 temperature settings for 3 different kinds of cups (glass, ceramic and metal) I always keep mine to the highest setting because my ceramic cups have semi flat bottom. The temperature is perfectly hot up to the last sip.I do have a metal camping cup that has a flat bottom. That one gets so scalding hot at the highest temperature setting which is 180°F. So if you want the optimum degree of hotness, you need a flat bottom cup.The timer feature is great. It prevents my drink from drying up just incase I forget to turn it off. I like to set mine at 2 hours, although you can set the timer up to 12 hours. Another nice feature is the gravity sensor. If you lift the mug from the warmer it turns off, when you put it back on the warmer it automatically turns back on as long as there is still time left on your timer, the temperature will be on the display.For me the cord is just the right length. Any longer and I will have unwanted accidents.I use it everyday, I drink at least 1 cup of hot cocoa cuz it's winter and freezing here. It heats up a cold drink in an hour which is a plus for me. I am very happy with this product. And I will post an update if any issues arise. Happy sipping. lol
