I really wanted this printer and thought it would be a great addition to our home. Unfortunately, despite repeated attempts (I read all the instructions before starting and watched the installation video before starting), the printer did not connect to our wifi. After searching support and trying all the suggestions I could find, I contacted Cannon support. I left my number for a call back. The auto message said my wait was about 2 minutes. Canon hasn't called yet and it's been a few days. I then tried to get help from Revain support to see if we could get it working. Revain support has been great, unfortunately the printer just doesn't work. However, she was able to process the return of the failed printer. Bottom line: if you need support from Canon, you're out of luck. Buy something else.
