Based on the size chart, I ordered a small/medium size (I'm 5'4", waist 28" - small guy). What came was marked as a medium. Even when the straps are tightened as tight as possible, they still don't fit. When running, the vest reaches up to the chest. When I loosen the straps it dangles more and doesn't climb, but because it's slack it tends to curl up. So I can either make it climb or make it spin (sounds like a dance). The material is also scratchy so I don't want to wear it on bare skin. Luckily I only walk in the dark in late autumn and winter, so walking with bare skin is no problem. The bracelets are quite small. They fit me, but like I said, I'm pretty small. If I were taller, they would be uncomfortably tight. But both the vest and shoulder straps are reflective and get the job done. For the price and in the short time it takes me to use them (8-10 weeks max), they will work. If I ran in the dark more often, I'd probably spend more money and buy something better.
