Review on AEM X-Series Black Temperature Gauge (30-0302) - Enhanced for SEO by Jeff Keegan

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Don't skimp on unnamed Chinese sensors.

Just got this sensor for my car, installed it and I have to say it's pretty good. It comes with everything you need and the wiring harness is long enough to go almost anywhere in the engine bay. Easy to connect and the included instructions are pretty easy to follow. I went ahead and hooked up my OBD2 scanner, got live data for the ECT sensor and compared that reading to my AEM temp sensor and they matched perfectly. I have solid advice for anyone wanting a temperature sensor for their car: don't skimp on unnamed Chinese sensors. You will fail within a year or two. Bite the bullet and spend your money on one of these sensors, you won't regret it. This sensor also has a warning and peak function. Basically it will alert you by flashing rapidly once it has reached the temperature you have programmed. All in all a very good thermometer.
