This mouthguard is so soft, I love it. My dentist advised me to buy a mouthguard, I bought this mouthguard, got it in just two days. It's pretty easy to follow the instructions. These shin guards are ideal because they are softer and more flexible, perhaps because they are not made for sports. It was exactly what I needed. I use it for my bottom teeth because I'm used to it. Fits well and won't fall out overnight. After wearing it the first night I had a slight chemical taste in my mouth that actually made me nauseous. But since then everything is fine. I've been wearing it for a few days now, at night to avoid grinding my teeth and it's perfect for that.
