Great for a home full of energetic kids.
We have it hanging above the kitchen door. During the walk, the children do a few pull-ups. It's part of our family's healthy culture. It's important to mount this thing on a good board (I used a 1x10 board I had in my garage) - plywood will work too. It just doesn't match your studs and you don't want it popping out of the wall.
