Review on Olympus 142665 DM 620 Voice Recorder by Trae Joubert

This is a Cadillac of miniature stereo digital recorders in my opinion. All three microphones are extremely sensitive! It has a wide range of recording functions (WAV, MP3, etc.) to record exactly the sound quality you need. WAV files are VERY LARGE, so they also more closely match the actual original sounds. I use it for acoustic guitar and vocals. Stereo separation is excellent depending on how you position it in front of you. There's also a range of playback features like reverb and surround sound. If you're willing to shell out a little money for a great little recorder, then this is for you. In the top 10 digital recorders (as of last year), this one came in 10th, which I think was underestimated! It's extremely easy to use, has a side port for a remote recorder (sold separately for about $45), and is practical. ZOOM recorders are VERY GOOD, but also VERY complicated. You don't need to have a master's degree in digital engineering to take advantage of this!
