Review on πŸ”§ Enhance Precision and Efficiency: General Tools 881 E-Z Pro Crown King Molding Jig with Protractor by Noah Trigg

Revainrating 4 out of 5

Good enough for the consumer/hobbyist

These are very useful items for occasional/small use.1. Excellent guide. I really admire how well they put them together with the photos because the molding jig can be quite confusing when used in other ways. Could be tougher. The forming jig has some flex and this can knock off the corners a bit if a large piece of crown molding is clamped onto it. Over time I had to learn exactly how much pressure to apply to get the right angle. If the attachment were more rigid, this would not be a problem.3. The protractor is functional, but because it's so thin, it doesn't line up perpendicular to the wall. If you don't make sure it's perpendicular, you won't get the right angle!

Pros
  • Few competitors
Cons
  • Ugly packaging
