Review on 💻 HP 14-inch Ryzen 3 Laptop-Silver, 4GB RAM, 128GB SSD (Google Classroom Compatible) by Dexter Pullen

Video freezes. When I first bought it (45 days ago) the video froze once or twice a day. Now it's once or twice every half hour. The laptop was purchased as a virtual school solution as it was advertised as compatible with Google Classroom. Unfortunately, my daughter's studies suffered from constant freezes, so she has to use my laptop (ASUS) while I try to work from my smartphone. In addition to the problems, HP required me to purchase additional service to fix the problem even though the computer should have been under warranty. Spoiler: The additional service didn't help. HP does not endorse its product; advised to return. Unfortunately this is just outside the 30 day return window so I will not cover the cost of the laptop AND the cost of maintenance. Don't let the features and cost fool you. This product is nothing more than an expensive paperweight.
