This is an amazing product from a great company. The product itself is intelligently designed and thought through. Plates slide in and out easily. The idea of having the hinge unlock to allow flexibility for an open grill format works great. They also include 2 utensils that are not mentioned in the description. a pleasant surprise. However, I saved the best for last: I needed additional parts and called the company. The owner himself replied and could not have been more accommodating. This level of customer service is rare today. I hope you enjoy the product and help support a great new business.
