Works as expected and is solid enough. It got wet and froze a few times but I try to keep it clean and dry. As far as I can tell this is accurate and I like the low sensitivity of PPM. I have used it on several trips to the cabin and it has saved us a number of times. I use it for mountaineering (tents, cabins, RVs. anything covered by fire or stoves). When it works, we ventilate the room and the carbon monoxide levels go down. The alarm clock is loud enough to wake you up. I find the call interval a bit short and will probably call less often. I wish it was cheaper but security comes at a price.
