To say. I don't like this product to say the least. More problems with the mop head detaching from the pole! It's such a crappy product that I honestly can't resell it at a flea market! This is the worst money I've ever spent. NOT user friendly. Garbage. I really should be able to get my money back, but I know that's not going to happen. I didn't keep the receipt. It's stupid to trust the product.
