The screen protectors came in a small box but one was broken. I messed up installing the second one and couldn't get the screen to stick after taking it off and putting it back on a few times. The third went and looks fine on about 90% of the screen. There's still a corner where it won't stick. Will work. Maybe a good deal for three, but not so great for the only one I could use. I contacted the vendor using the customer support email address listed in the documentation. It came back undeliverable. Update: While disappointed that it took three attempts to get it right, I foolishly left my phone on the bumper of my pickup truck and drove away. After a while I realized I didn't have a phone. Used my wife's iPhone to locate it and went back to find the phone on the street. Apparently it was moved but Mr. Shield protected my screen. Mr. Shield was completely smashed, but not the phone. Unbelievable. See attached photo. Change my rating to five stars and order again.
