A knitting calendar with patterns for the day is a good idea, but the reality is that most patterns are either in a binder somewhere or just tossed in the bin; very few knitters are able to handle that amount of work, and fewer still would want to. The main problem with this calendar is that many of the patterns are relatively unattractive (think of the silly hat they chose for the box lid; maybe it would have been better with different thread colors, but still). Don't buy this for your mother. or Grandma, if you don't want to be the proud owner of a bunch of crazy knitwear you're sure to love ("But my desk calendar said it was'
